Description
DJI Agras T50
Spraying and spreading over large areas
The most sophisticated drone in agriculture with performance that has not yet been done with any of the previous models in the Agras range. The DJI Agras T50 is guaranteed to give you a smooth and efficient work in the field thanks to its improved parts and added features.
From old to new and different
Heavy payload
Spraying:
High efficiency on the job is guaranteed by the increased tank capacity from 30L (DJI Agras T30) to the current 40L.
The float of the level gauge is replaced by sensitive weight sensors, avoiding complications when applying stiffer, stickier products.
Magnetic drive impeller pump
The new magnetic drive impeller pump does not come into contact with the spraying agent, therefore its service life is considerably longer than on the older models of the T30 and T10 series.
The pump also guarantees corrosion resistance precisely because it does not come into contact with aggressive products.
Centrifugal sprinkler
The most striking innovation is the replacement of the pressure nozzles with a double spraying system, or new centrifugal spray nozzles.
The Agras T50 thus guarantees an output of up to 16 l/min (with two pumps and 4 nozzles it is 24 l/min).
With this nozzle model it is also possible to adjust the droplet size from 50 to 500 μm.
Spreading:
Power has also been added to the spreading function where there is currently a 50kg tank with an enlarged opening for refilling the required volume.
In the field, the Agras T50 will give you up to 1.5 tonnes of spreading power per hour.
The volume is equally measured by sensitive weight sensors as it is when spraying.
Coaxial twin rotors
The basic pillar for adding dual rotors is the ratio of smaller drone : larger payload.
So in order for the Agras T50 to guarantee greater efficiency and performance, the endurance and strength of the rotors had to be adapted to this due to the increase in load from 30L to 40L.
The coaxial twin rotors also act to push the product into the crop, which means: more pushing power and penetration into dense vegetation.
Phased array radar system with binocular vision
Phase array radar is integrated with a binocular vision sensor system that provides 360-degree horizontal omnidirectional obstacle sensing and offers optimum safety. A detection distance of up to 50 m enables intelligent terrain tracking.
Mapping, spraying and spreading – all in one
Thanks to a camera that can adjust the angle of view, a terrain mapping and reconstruction function has been added to the new Agras T50. Images of farmland and orchards can be captured in real time and local maps can be created using the remote control. The system automatically detects land boundaries and obstacles, enabling faster planning of flight paths.
Mapping can be done in two modes:
- Mapping of the whole area (with obstacles) – with this mode it is possible to map 13 hectares in 10 minutes with reconstruction thanks to the powerful remote control.
- Field boundary mapping (if the field has no obstacles) – with this mode you can map 13 hectares in 3 minutes
High-performance remote control
Large 7-inch high-brightness screen offers a wider view with refined details.
A wide range of custom physical buttons provides flexible control.
The 8-core processor lets you map 13 acres in 10 minutes with reconstruction creation.
